The Farmhouse was built in 2008 and your rooms are accessed by a private internal staircase, utilised by these two rooms only, this allows you to come and go freely. Vegetarian options are available. You will also enjoy freshly made filter coffee or tea (English Breakfast or Earl Gray) and toast.All of which are served at individual tables overlooking our gardens and poolSwimming Pool RegulationsWe of course want everyone to have a great time and be safe around the pool, so we have put some regulations in place to help us all.The pool is only to be used when the owners are at the property between the hours of 16:00 20:00 hrsThe pool is 3ft at the shallow end and 6ft at the deep end, however, it has sloping sidesGuests have their own patio area by the back door; guests are requested not to sit in the family area (The Decking)Guests are requested to:Use your own towels at the pool (towels can be rented £3)Not to take glass to the poolsideNOT to dive inNOT to jump inThe owners have the right to refuse admission if a guest seems to be under the influence of alcoholPlease do not run around the pool, this will avoid people slipping overChildren under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adultThe pool can only be used when the owners are at homeWe apologise if there seems to be a lot of rules, however, we take YOUR safety seriously
